PharmaDash is an independent reseller of the products listed on this site, currently made by FERN Inc. and marketed by i-Fern Global Marketing Corp. This website is not a manufacturer's corporate website.
Terms of sale
- Orders placed on this site are requests. An order is confirmed when you pay online through PayMongo (QR Ph), or after we contact you and you pay by GCash or agree to cash on delivery.
- Prices are in Philippine pesos and may change until the order is confirmed. Orders of ₱1,500 and up ship free; below that, the shipping fee is quoted at confirmation.
- Delivery is by courier, usually 2 to 7 days within the Philippines after payment. You get a tracking number on your order page and by email once shipped.
- Products are sold for personal use. We may decline unusually large orders.
Returns and refunds
- Damaged, wrong or expired items: message us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace the item or refund in full, including shipping.
- Opened supplements, medicines and cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective.
- Refunds are sent to the GCash account or payment method used, within 5 business days of approval.
- This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).
Privacy
We collect the name, phone number, address and message you submit through the order and distributor forms. We use them only to process your order or contact you about becoming a reseller. We do not sell or share them, except with the courier delivering your order. Data is stored on Supabase servers. To have your data deleted, email pharmadashstore@gmail.com. This follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Health notice
Food supplements sold here are not medicines and should not be used to treat any disease.
